Account
A user account lets you easily manage your orders, customer details, and wish list on Solarlogic. Signing up is quick and simple, and we only collect the data necessary for completing your orders. To create your account, click the button below and follow the easy registration process.
Yes, you can shop on Solarlogic without creating an account. Simply follow these steps:
- Select your desired items by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
- Click "Go to Cart" or the shopping cart icon in the top right to view your selected items. Here, you can review, adjust quantities, and check shipping costs.
- Click "Proceed to Checkout" when you are ready to finalize your order.
- Enter your billing address and, if applicable, a different shipping address. Choose your payment method and complete your purchase by clicking "Order Now."
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a personal support link.
If your billing address changes, please update it on Solarlogic for accurate order processing. Here's how:
- If you're not logged in, click "Account" at the top right and sign in with your details.
- After signing in, click "Account" again and select "Profile."
- In your profile, you will see your current billing address, which you can easily modify.
- Once you’ve made the changes, click "Save."
If you need to update your shipping address, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your account and navigate to "Account" > "Profile."
- Under "Account Management," click "Shipping Addresses."
- Here, you can modify or delete any existing shipping addresses. To add a new one, just click "Add Address" and save it.
- To modify an existing address, select it from the list, make the necessary changes, and click "Save."
If you've already placed an order and wish to change your shipping address before it’s processed, you can do so via the order details in your personal support link or "My Orders" section, provided the seller hasn't yet started processing your order.

Adding a new shipping address is simple:
- Log into your Solarlogic account.
- Go to "Account" > "Profile" > "Shipping Addresses."
- Add your new address in the provided form and click "Save." It will then appear in your list of shipping addresses.
If you forget your password, follow these steps to reset it:
- Click "Account" and then "Login."
- Click the “Forgot Password” link.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and submit. You’ll receive a verification code via email.
- Use the code to create a new password and save it.
Orders
- Select the item you want to purchase by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
- To view your cart, click the cart icon in the top right.
- Review your items, adjust quantities, and check shipping costs.
- When ready, click "Proceed to Checkout."
- Choose whether to create an account or proceed as a guest.
- Enter your billing address, shipping address, and payment method.
- Complete your purchase by clicking "Place Order."
- After your order is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order status.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase. This email will also contain a link to track your order status.

You can view your order details by clicking the personal support link in your order confirmation email or under "My Orders" in your account.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can cancel or modify it by:
- Visiting the order overview via the personal support link in your confirmation email.
- Click "Cancel Order" to cancel, or contact customer service for assistance.
Once processed or shipped, you can return items according to the seller's return policy.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are provided on the product pages and in your shopping cart. If you order multiple items with different delivery times, the longest delivery time will apply to the entire order.
Shipping details, including the carrier used, are included in the shipping confirmation email.
You can track your order via your personal support link or in your account under "My Orders." You will also receive tracking details in the shipping confirmation email.
Check the product page or the seller’s page for details on international shipping.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout, and detailed shipping information is available on the product or seller page.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please initiate a return via the "Return/Complaint" button in your order overview.
Payments
We offer payments via PayPal, bank transfer, direct debit, credit card, and Sofortüberweisung.
For added security, all payments are processed through Solarlogic’s secure escrow account. The seller will only receive payment once they confirm shipment of your order.
Returns & Refunds
You can return items within two weeks of receipt without providing a reason. Use the "Return/Complaint" button in your order overview to initiate the process.
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
Return shipping costs are determined by the seller and outlined in their terms and conditions.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
