The bifacial halfcut glass/glass solar module with 390 W is composed of N-TOPCon cells.  The 9 busbar solar cells have a visually appealing design and are therefore the ideal choice for installation on a private house roof. In addition to the high efficiency of 21.03% and immunity to the light-induced degradation effect (LID), the module is extremely powerful and ideally suited in case of lower light conditions.

High performance through N-TOPCon cell technology

Contrary to the P-Type, the N-Type cell is enriched with phosphorus during the manufacturing process. Due to the use of phosphorus, N-Type cells are not susceptible to the light-induced degradation effect (LID) and show only minimal signs of deterioration even after years. The patented N-TOPCon technology offers significantly improved conditions in case of low diffuse light, a better bifaciality, a lower temperature coefficient and a lower degradation level. 

Halfcut half-cell technology

Thanks to the half-cell technology, the cells are divided into two halves. Instead of 60 cells, the modules have 120 cells. This results in a reduction of electrical losses in the cell connector and in the cross-connector. This reduces the electrical resistance in the connection and enables a higher output. In case of shadows in the lower module area, the solar module can still recall up to 50 % of power due to the division into two halves.
