SolarEdge StorEdge interface for DH wave inverter

This interface allows an LG Chem RESU 7H or 10H to be retrofitted to a SolarEdge HD wave inverter. 

Without this interface, an LG Chem RESU battery cannot be operated on an HD wave inverter.
