At Solarlogic, we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure your goods are delivered promptly and in excellent condition whether to you or directly to your customer.

Delivery Timelines

When will my order be delivered?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The delivery date depends on the chosen shipping method.

Delivery Options within Germany:

• Standard Shipping: 2–3 working days.
• Preferred Delivery Date: Delivered on your chosen date.
• Next-Day Delivery: Available for invoice orders and guaranteed delivery by 12:00 noon.

International Deliveries:
We currently offer standard shipping for international orders. Please note that delivery times may take an additional 2–4 working days depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs

What transport costs are incurred when placing an order?
Solarlogic offers uniform delivery costs across Germany, regardless of your region. Costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the goods. For orders exceeding €4,000, shipping is free! (Applicable only for orders with delivery and billing addresses within Germany and placed independently.)

Damaged Goods

What should I do if I receive damaged goods?
We strive to ensure all shipments arrive in perfect condition. However, if your goods are damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Photograph the Damage: Take pictures of both the damaged goods and the packaging.
2. Document the Incident: Note the damage, date, and time on the waybill. Have the driver confirm the damage by signing the waybill and take a picture of the truck’s registration number. For severe damages, we recommend refusing the delivery.
3. Report the Issue: Contact our service team with your transaction number (found in the top right-hand corner of the delivery note) at info@Solarlogic.de.
4. Next Steps: Our team will reach out to you promptly to resolve the issue.

Construction Site Deliveries

How should goods be collected at a construction site?
On the delivery date, goods must be collected and inspected by an expert. If you’re unavailable to check the delivery yourself, please ensure your customer performs the inspection.

Important: Complaints cannot be processed if the goods are accepted without inspection, whether by the customer, acquaintances, or neighbors.

If a proper inspection is not possible at the installation site, we recommend shipping the goods to your warehouse for a thorough check.

Missed Delivery Deadlines

What if my fixed-date delivery is delayed?
We sincerely apologize if a forwarding agency fails to meet the agreed delivery date. Should this happen:

1. Report the delay immediately to our logistics team at info@Solarlogic.de or call +49 (711) 31535051, providing your transaction and customer numbers. Even if the forwarding company notifies you of a delay, we still require direct confirmation from you.
2. Upon arrival, document the actual delivery date and time on the consignment note or scanner used by the forwarding agent. The driver must confirm the delay by writing their name in capital letters and signing the document.

International Shipping

To which countries can my goods be delivered?
We deliver to all EU countries as well as Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, and select countries worldwide.

Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, you can modify the delivery address during the checkout process.

Can an order be split into multiple deliveries?
Yes, orders can be divided into separate deliveries upon request. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply.
